I seem to find amusement in discovering strange spots tucked away in seclusion, ironically placed a few feet from congested traffic and cafes - or maybe it's the blogger in me talking looking for a good photo opp. With all the shows and events slowing down, I took a trip out of LA and came across a suspension bridge neither wide or low enough to accommodate a person with a fear of heights. I'm wearing the basics with an added twist, which seems to make up most of my wardrobe. The faux leather with the scalloped hem and the laser cut details make it the perfect skirt to wear during that awkward summer/fall transition weather. The bipolar weather might be to blame for the worst flu I've encountered. I've been bedridden for the past few days with Taylor Swift's new album on repeat. No shame.
Maybe I should keep spontaneous trips on a hiatus for a while.
